Rearrange pages

Change the order of pages in a PDF.

To change the order of pages:

  1. Open Rearrange pages from the tools list.
  2. Drop your PDF — the page list switches to a grid so you can see every page at once. A message reads "Drag pages into the order you want, or focus a page, press Space and move it with the arrow keys." (On a phone: "Tap a page, then use "Move to…" to put it where you want it.")
  3. Drag a page to its new position (or use the keyboard method above; on a phone, tap a page and use Move to…).
  4. Click Export.

What you'll see when it's done: pages appear in their new order in the grid and the canvas as soon as you move them.

If something goes wrong

Nothing specific — Undo in the top bar reverses a move.
