Flatten PDF

Turns form fields and comments into ordinary page content, so they can no longer be edited — and drops links in the process.

To flatten a PDF:

  1. Drop your PDF. There are no options to set.
  2. Select Flatten PDF.

The preview says what will change: something like "<n> form fields and <n> comments will become part of the page (no longer editable)", or, if there's nothing to flatten, "No form fields, comments or links found — flattening changes nothing."

What you'll see when it's done: a Done card showing the file's size before → after, with the usual download, save, open-in-editor and start-over options.
